The Peter L. Reichertz Institute for Medical Informatics (PLRI) is presenting its research vehicles at Automechanika 2026 in Frankfurt am Main.

From 8 to 12 September 2026, the Peter L. Reichertz Institute for Medical Informatics (PLRI) is showcasing its research vehicles at Automechanika 2026 in Frankfurt am Main.

The project focuses on transforming vehicles into mobile health monitoring systems. The research vehicles continuously record vital signs such as heart rate and respiratory rate during driving and analyze them using artificial intelligence. The aim is to detect health changes at an early stage.

Visitors are invited to learn more about the PLRI's current research projects and meet the researchers at the exhibition.
