MoCaB stands for Mobile Care Backup. The aim of this project is to support caregivers by providing a mobile assistant. For this purpose, a knowledge-based infrastructure - the MoCaB world - will be developed to enable a mobile agent acting intelligently in response to a situation. Different sensors will be used to monitor the caregivers and their relatives. These informations will be mapped and analyzed in a knowledge-based system to provide situational support to the caregivers.
